AccomCore (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a structured stay operating system that enables independent operators to manage direct short-term stays (STS) and mid-term stays (MTS).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information in two distinct contexts:

Platform Data — information collected directly by AccomCore through our website and software platform

Guest Data — information submitted by guests through websites operated by independent operators using AccomCore software infrastructure

AccomCore does not operate guest-facing booking websites or lodging operations.


2. Operational Roles

Licensed Operators (Software Subscribers)

Where independent operators subscribe to and use AccomCore software:

The operator is the data controller

AccomCore provides software infrastructure only and does not access, store, process, or control guest personal data

The operator is solely responsible for all lodging operations, guest relationships, payment processing, and compliance with applicable laws

AccomCore does not operate lodging properties, manage guest relationships, process guest payments, or control guest data.


3. Platform Data (Website & SaaS Data)

Platform Data refers to information collected directly by AccomCore.

3.1 Information We Collect

Platform Data may include:

Operator name and business information

Email address and phone number

Billing contact details

Account login credentials

Subscription status

Support communications

Technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, operating system)

Usage logs

Cookies and analytics data


3.2 How We Use Platform Data

We use Platform Data to:

Provide and administer software services

Process subscription payments

Provide support

Improve platform functionality

Prevent fraud or misuse

Comply with legal obligations

Platform Data is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.


4. Guest Data (Booking & Stay Data)

Guest Data refers to personal information submitted through websites powered by independent operators using AccomCore infrastructure.

Guest Data may include:

Guest name and contact information

Booking dates and property selection

Guest count and stay details

Government-issued identification (if required)

Selfie verification images

Vehicle information

Payment transaction status


4.1 Licensed Operator Model

When a guest submits information through an operator’s website:

The operator is the data controller

AccomCore does not access, store, process, or control guest data

AccomCore provides infrastructure only

Individuals must direct all privacy requests regarding guest data to the operator.


5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed directly between the guest and the operator through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

AccomCore is not a payment processor

AccomCore does not hold funds

AccomCore is not the merchant of record

AccomCore does not store or process payment credentials

Full payment details are governed by the payment provider’s privacy policy.


6. Beta Operator Program

AccomCore may offer early-access or beta versions of its software to selected operators.

Beta participants acknowledge:

Certain features may be incomplete or subject to change

Functionality may be modified during testing

Data submitted during beta may be used to evaluate system performance

Temporary workflow adjustments may occur

Operators remain fully responsible for all guest data and operations.


7. Data Sharing

AccomCore may share Platform Data (operator account information only) with service providers necessary to operate the software, such as:

Payment processors (for subscription billing only)

Cloud hosting providers

Analytics providers

AccomCore does not access, share, sell, or distribute guest data collected by operators.


8. Data Retention

We retain Platform Data only as long as necessary to:

Provide software services

Maintain financial and tax records

Resolve disputes with operators (hosts)

Comply with legal obligations

AccomCore does not retain guest data submitted through operator-managed systems.


9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including:

Secure cloud infrastructure

Role-based access controls

No method of transmission over the Internet guarantees absolute security.

13. Business Transfers

If AccomCore undergoes a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, Platform Data may be transferred subject to this Privacy Policy.


14. Children’s Privacy

Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.


15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Effective Date” reflects the most recent revision.
