Licensed Operators (Software Subscribers)
Where independent operators subscribe to and use AccomCore software:
The operator is the data controller
AccomCore provides software infrastructure only and does not access, store, process, or control guest personal data
The operator is solely responsible for all lodging operations, guest relationships, payment processing, and compliance with applicable laws
AccomCore does not operate lodging properties, manage guest relationships, process guest payments, or control guest data.
3. Platform Data (Website & SaaS Data)
Platform Data refers to information collected directly by AccomCore.

Operator name and business information
Email address and phone number
Billing contact details
Account login credentials
Subscription status

Guest Data refers to personal information submitted through websites powered by independent operators using AccomCore infrastructure.

4.1 Licensed Operator Model
When a guest submits information through an operator’s website:
The operator is the data controller
AccomCore does not access, store, process, or control guest data
AccomCore provides infrastructure only
Individuals must direct all privacy requests regarding guest data to the operator.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed directly between the guest and the operator through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
AccomCore is not a payment processor
AccomCore does not hold funds
AccomCore is not the merchant of record
AccomCore does not store or process payment credentials
Full payment details are governed by the payment provider’s privacy policy.
6. Beta Operator Program
AccomCore may offer early-access or beta versions of its software to selected operators.
Beta participants acknowledge:
Certain features may be incomplete or subject to change
Functionality may be modified during testing
Data submitted during beta may be used to evaluate system performance
Temporary workflow adjustments may occur
Operators remain fully responsible for all guest data and operations.

AccomCore may share Platform Data (operator account information only) with service providers necessary to operate the software, such as:
